Run the business, not the paperwork.

Custom tools and automations that run the back of your business, built for how you work: dashboards, job boards, customer portals, invoicing, payouts and the automations that tie them together. Made for your business, not a template you bend to fit.

Real tools, running real businesses.

Websites taught me how a business gets hired. These taught me how it runs.

Trucking

A load and settlement dashboard that matched every payout to every load, and caught a load that was paid twice.

Car hauling

A bill of lading app: drivers take photos and get signatures on their phone, and the office sees it live.

Repair shop

Dispatch, invoicing and a service history for every customer, on the office computer and the mechanic's phone.

Any business

A client list with notes, private preview links, and contracts the customer signs online. It runs my own business.

Carrier

An operations console that shows every bill, payment and deadline coming up, before anything is late.

Growth

Finance desks that compare equipment, loans and grants in plain numbers, so the next big decision is a calm one.

One Zoom, then a fixed price.

Walk me through a week

What gets typed twice, what gets forgotten, which spreadsheet everyone is scared to touch.

Get a fixed price

Ops plans.

Every Ops build runs on an Ops plan. It's your license to use the tools, and it covers hosting, fixes and updates. If I built your website, its Care is included.

Ops Run Plus

  • Website Care Plus included

Need another automation later? $350 each.

Who owns what, in plain words.

  • I own the code. You get a license to use everything I build for you for as long as you're on an Ops plan.
  • Your data is always yours. Export it any time. If you leave, I send it all to you in spreadsheets within 10 working days.
  • Because I own it, I keep it running: hosting, fixes and updates are my job, not yours.
  • Want to own a tool outright? Ask and I'll quote a buyout.

I build the tools that track your money. Your bookkeeper or CPA still does your books and taxes. Full detail in the terms.

Ops questions.

What counts as backend Ops?

Anything that happens after the customer calls: quotes, scheduling, dispatch, job tracking, invoices, payments, payouts, reports and the spreadsheets that tie it together. If you or your staff do it by hand every week, it can probably be a tool or an automation.

Do I need a website from you first?

No. Ops is its own service. Plenty of businesses have a website they like and a back office held together by spreadsheets and text messages. I can start there.

Who owns what you build?

I do, and you get a license to use it for as long as you're on an Ops plan. That's why the plan covers hosting, fixes and updates: keeping it working is my job. Your data is always yours, and you can export it any time.

Is this accounting?

No. I build the tools that track your money: job costing, payouts, invoices and reports. Your bookkeeper or CPA still does your books and taxes, and the tools export exactly what they need.

How do you price it?

Sprints and Tools have fixed prices on this page. A System is quoted after one Zoom, as a fixed price. Then it's an Ops plan from $149 a month, which also covers your website's Care if I built it.
